Mads Nør Lauvring

Founder | Board Member | Investor | Strategic Advisor

Mads Nør Lauvring is an experienced founder, board member, investor and advisor with more than 35 years of commercial and executive experience across the automotive, mobility, digital learning and real estate industries.

His career includes ten years as Commercial Director at Kia Motors Denmark, followed by eight years as Managing Director—four years with Hyundai Bil Import and four years with Volkswagen Passenger Cars Denmark.

Today, Mads has built a portfolio career combining entrepreneurship, board and advisory roles, consulting, business development, real estate projects and selected investments.

Mads' current portfolio includes:

Lauvring Partners – Founder and strategic advisor to established companies, start-ups and scale-ups within automotive and mobility
CASAL CO-LIVING and CASAL Properties S.L. – Founder working with premium co-ownership, fractional ownership and real estate projects in Denmark and Mallorca
CoOwnia – Founder of an independent international marketplace for buying and selling co-ownership shares
Learnto – Founder, board member and investor in a digital micro-learning platform for the automotive and mobility industries
MsTory – Co-owner of a specialised automotive and mobility agency delivering brand activations, events, customer experiences and commercial solutions for companies including BYD, ZEEKR, Hyundai, Nissan and CUPRA
Keystones – Member and investor in selected start-ups and scale-ups
Real estate – Investor and advisor involved in selected property investments, development projects and consulting assignments in Denmark, Mallorca and the Balearic Islands

Mads typically maintains a focused portfolio of three to four board and advisory roles. This enables him to become genuinely involved and contribute actively with strategic direction, commercial experience, governance, execution and access to a strong national and international network.

He invests both directly and through the Keystones investor network, often combining capital with active involvement as a board member, strategic advisor or commercial sparring partner.
